Worlds & Summit Hotel

All athletes attending these competitions will be required to stay at this hotel Marriott Grande Vista) during the competition dates The mandatory dates must be booked in this group.  If you are booking on points directly through the hotel please be sure to send a copy of your confirmation to info@topgunohio.com showing the point redemption and dates of reservation.

**Room Preference will be filled first come first serve based on hotel availability. At this point we do not have limits on room types. We will request all reservations as of November 25th.  After that date, there may be limits to room types.

Royal Jags:  All athletes will fly out on Thursday, April 23rd.  Mandatory hotel dates are April 23rd-April 265th (checking out on the 26th).  Athletes will be able to leave Orlando as of April 27th.  Any athletes that are also competing at Summit MUST be back in time for practice on Monday, April 27th.

All other Post Season teams: All athletes will fly out on Thursday, April 30th. Mandatory hotel dates are April 30th-May 2nd (checking out on the 3rd).  All athletes are welcome to leave Orlando as of May 4th.  

Guest Room (King Bed & sofa bed with Kitchenette): $15 at booking, $75 Dec 1st, $75 on Jan 15th

1 Bedroom (King bed & Full Kitchen): $15 at booking, $75 Dec 1st, $117 on Jan 15th

2 Bedroom (2 King beds & Sofa bed with full kitchen: $15 at booking, $75 Dec 1st, $193 on Jan 15th

Deposits are non-refundable and are due by Tuesday, Nov 25th. After Jan 1st we are contracted for the amount of rooms reserved and cannot cancel.  All reservations will be final at that point

Each reservation must include the mandatory dates PLUS any additional nights.  Dates listed are the OVERNIGHT dates.   Room will be reserved in the name on this order.  If a different name is requested please put it in the notes section.  If sharing a room with another family please collect funds on your own from that family but include the athlete name in the notes
